Papas rellenas with cilantro sauce and salad of local lettuces with lemon vinaigrette

(or I can make any salad below vegan)

Sweet potato risotto with trumpet mushroom scallops or

Mushroom and greens gumbo with local rice or potato salad

Suggested snack-Local charcuterie and pimiento cheese with Bellegarde bread, mustard, etc.

Louisiana citrus-orange, grapefruit, satsuma, romaine lettuce hearts, mint, Meyer lemon local honey vin, sweet and spicy pumpkin seeds

Wedge-(I know it’s old school, but it’s delicious) chunky blue cheese dressing with gin, bacon or mushroom bacon crumbles (if not tomatoes on entree then tomatoes)

Panzanella- local tomatoes, Belle Garde Bakery bread croutons, buffalo mozzarella, Olive oil, balsamic vin., basil

Crab cake with remoulade and salad of local lettuces and lemon vinaigrette
